Kourtney Kardashian has been facing rumors of a possible pregnancy since March, but so far, she hasn't addressed the rumors -- and she has not been seen with a baby bump.

In the latest round of photos of the 37-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kardashian and her family, including her mother, Kris Jenner, and Jenner's boyfriend, Corey Gamble, have been spotted enjoying the sights of Italy.

After sharing several photos of the scenery in Europe, Kardashian took to Instagram where she posted a photo of herself, Jenner and Gamble, which clearly showed off her flat stomach -- and lack of a baby bump.

Following months of reports regarding her alleged romance with Justin Bieber, Kardashian began facing allegations of a fourth child, which was often noted as Bieber's potential baby. However, months later, nothing has come of the rumored pregnancy and Bieber has moved on with new girlfriend Sofia Richie, the younger sister of Kardashian's friend, Nicole Richie.
