It looks like Stevie J of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta won’t be getting any time behind bars for reportedly owing more than $1 million in back child support.

The reality TV breakout star took to Instagram to reveal that he is a free man as he thanked one of his daughters for supporting him in court Tuesday.

“My princess surprised at court today,” he wrote in the caption of a selfie with him and his daughter Sade. “Guess that’s why the judge let me walk, God is great! I love my children more than I love myself.@sadej123 #TheJordans”

  Stevie J hinted that he would be facing jail time when he gave his friends who currently in a jail a special shout out on social media earlier this week.

“Not playing no games. No fakes no phonies real n****s only. Shout out to my real ones locked up. #freefaceoff #freecoreyjacobs #freeloon #freedevaloso #Freelenlo bout to do this time starting next week, sum thing light for this child support case. My kids love me & I love them & that’s all that matters. Period. Fake industry n****s stand clear Danger Zone only! Trust no one.” He ended with a special shout out for his co-star and nephew, Scrapp Deleon as he added the ha hash tag “#freescrapdeleon” and “#freeworld”


While he is a free man, his drama in his personal life might continue and his longtime girlfriend and alleged wife Joseline Hernandez is currently pregnant and has made it clear he is the father, despite Stevie’s attempts to shut down the possibility.
