Javi Marroquin is readdressing his wife's 2015 miscarriage in a new interview.

After intially admitting to blaming Kailyn Lowry for the miscarriage of what would have been their second child, the third for Lowry, the Teen Mom 2 dad opened up about his struggles with the sudden loss.

“The miscarriage was a big thing,” Marroquin said during an interview with Radar Online on Modnay. “She always says I wasn’t there. I apologize to her all the time. I could see where she was coming from. I wasn’t there as a husband, as a father, as someone she could count on to cry on my shoulder.”

According to Marroquin, he failed to be a suportive husband to Lowry after her miscarriage because it was “rough for [him] too.”

“I’ve never experienced that,” he said. “I was just super excited for the baby and all that happened so it was rough for me... I wish we could’ve gotten along. I wish we could’ve worked out, I really do.”

Weeks ago, Marroquin revealed his plans to go public with his split from Lowry in a tell-all book.

“People she thinks are loyal to her now are still coming to me about certain situations,” he said. “People I haven’t even met. I don’t know who you are and he said, ‘Oh I was with her one time and this it what happened.’ It’s been rough, everyday.”

“I have screen shots, I have texts and I have pictures,” he continued. “They’re saved on a lot of different things just in case. When the time is right, what’s done in the night will show in the light.”
