Reality star Sonja Morgan has been spotted with a new beau and although she admitted that she is dating the much younger real estate developer, she was hesitant to call him her boyfriend. 

The Housewives of New York star spoke to Enstarz Wednesday night at the annual OK! Magazine 'So Sexy' Event in New York City at Marquee. She was willing to talk about her love life but when asked about "her boyfriend," she replied, "what new boyfriend? I'm dating honey. Seven nights in a week."

The 49-year-old has been linked to 23-year-old Benjamin Benjamin Benalloul. In previous interviews she has called him, really charming, elegant, successful [and] wonderful," adding, "he's an old soul."

When asked on Wednesday about Benalloul, she said, "he's actually here tonight, waiting for me to finish all this crazy hoopla, but he's nice he's very elegant, worldly."

The two met through "family friends," according to Morgan, who said their families have known each other for a long time. 

"He's all over the globe and so am I, that helps me cuz I'm Sagittarius and I like to move around," she added. "I don't like to be stuck in one town and he goes where I go, I like it."

What's the sexiest thing about Benalloul? "He's wise beyond his years. I like a smart guy," Morgan said. "I start there and then I work my way down."

Reports have focused a lot on Morgan and Benalloul's age difference, but Morgan said she could not care less about the numbers. She noted, "Oh I don't care...if you're a smart guy and you can keep my attention breakfast lunch and dinner, that works for me."

As far as being labeled "a cougar," she said she does not think the same about herself simply because "I don't feel my age."

Others have their own opinions on Benalloul and Morgan's new relationship. Her Housewives co-star, Ramona Singer, remains close friends with Morgan and commented on the couple by saying, "you know what, if she's happy then why not."

She said her and Morgan attended a luncheon on Tuesday and Benalloul came to pick up Morgan once the event was over.

"I was like 'wow.' Very sweet," she added.

Filming for season six of The Real Housewives of New York begins soon.
