Brad and Angelina Divorce Update: What To Know About Marion Cotillard
Marion Cotillard is rumored to be behind the divorce of the year.
There's something about Marion.
The biggest divorce of the year might not only be because of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's different parenting styles. There could be another woman involved. Despite TMZ insisting that there is no third party in the divorce, Page Six has a name: Marion Cotillard, a renowned French actress, who might be partially to blame.
According to anonymous sources, Angelina hired a private eye to look into Brad when he was filming in France, and found that amid Russian hookers, he was also involved with his Allied co-star, Marion.
Here are five things you should know:
1. She's not single.
Marion has been with her partner, Guillaume Canet, since 2007. They have a son together named Marcel who was born in 2011.
2. She's an activist.
The actress worked for Greenpeace and the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.
3. She's a singer and songwriter.
Her songs have been featured in campaigns for Dior and various movies, including La Vie En Rose. She even performs under the pseudonym "Simone."
4. She's one of two actors to win an Oscar for a movie in a different language.
The only other actor to accomplish the same is Sophia Loren.
5. She's a conspiracy theorist.
"We see other towers of the same kind being hit by planes, are they burned?" she said. "There was a tower, I believe it was in Spain, which burned for 24 hours. It never collapsed. None of these towers collapsed. And there, in a few minutes, the whole thing collapsed."
