Jeremy Calvert's daughter played a role in his recent proposal.

According to a new report, Adalynn Faith Calvert, whose mother is Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer, was actually the one who asked Brooke Wehr to marry her father.

"Jeremy used his adorable daughter Addie in a huge way! It seems Addie was actually the one who popped the big question," Blasting News reported earlier this week. "Sources claim that Jeremy had Addie ask Brooke if she would marry her daddy. The trio were reportedly walking on the beach together one night when Jeremy had Addie pop the question. Brooke was reportedly so surprised by the proposal, and of course said yes."

Calvert and Wehr traveled to Ocean City, Md. earlier this month, where they enjoyed a family vacation with Adalynn and Wehr's daughter, McKenna.

Weeks prior, Calvert revealed his plans to marry Wehr.

"I do plan on marrying Brooke. Why wouldn’t I?" he said, via The Hollywood Gossip. "She treats me great, works hard AF, takes amazing care of her child. She makes me smile everyday, yes we have our moments but f**k, what couple don’t? We don’t go to bed mad at each other. I love her more than anything and so does my daughter, so that even means more to me that [sic] words can explain."

Jeremy Calvert and his family will be seen on MTV later this year or early next year in the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2, which is currently in production. No word yet on whether or not Calvert's proposal was filmed.
