Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are worth a reported $425 million so when it comes to their divorce, things could get ugly.

In addition to sorting out their current custody dispute, Pitt and Jolie are going to have to divide their assets, which include tons of cash and properties around the globe. However, according to a report earlier this week, the couple may have a prenup in place, which allegedly included an adultery clause.

"If Brad gets too serious with another woman while they are married, she’ll get primary custody if they split,” a souce told Star magazine, via Radar Online. The couple “said that having a prenup is the best way to protect their kids.”

The source claimed Pitt is worth $240 million while Jolie's estimated net worth is $185 million.

According to their agreement, via Star, Pitt and Jolie will each leave the marriage with what they brought into it and the rest of their money will be placed into a trust find and divided six ways for their six kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8. In addition, added the report, the agreement ensured that none of Pitt and Jolie's post-marriage earnings “would go to Brad or Angie or a subsequent partner.”

They will also channel funds “to go to orphanages in each of the countries where they adopted kids” — Vietnam, Cambodia and Ethiopia, the source added.
