WWE star CM Punk is hitting back at Chris Brown's accusations that the wrestler takes steroids, saying the rapper is a coward who attacks defenseless women.

In the video response, Punk calls himself a "a proud lifelong drug-free straight edge individual," then spends the rest of the time distinguishing himself from Brown and ripping the singer.

"Chris and I come from different worlds. I don't have an assistant. I don't have a bodyguard. I don't have a manager or a PR person telling me to delete tweets like Chris does, and I don't hit women. Period."

"In my world, women are to be revered and respected and I firmly believe that in this life there are consequences and repercussions for people's actions, and I don't think Chris has paid for what he's done."

Brown took a felony rap in 2009 after beating then-girlfriend Rihanna on the eve of the Grammys.

The wrestler challenged Brown to a charity fight, saying, "I will choke you out and I will make you feel as weak and as powerless and scared and alone as any woman who has the misfortune of knowing a sad cowardly little boy such as yourself."

Brown went on one of his Twitter tirades last night after watching the wrestler's video. Those tweets were deleted this morning.

Punk and Brown's feud began earlier this week after Punk tweeted about wanting to teach the singer a lesson. Brown then claimed Punk uses steroids and questioned his manhood.

No word yet on whether Brown plans to meet Punk in the ring.
