Demi Moore Doing Well in Rehab: Report

Actress Demi Moore is reportedly doing well in rehab and is in it for the long haul. 

Radar Online reports that family and friends are seeing a noticeable improvement in Moore and are encouraged by the star's progress.

"She was about to hit rock bottom but now things are looking up for her," a source told the online publication.

"Demi has a good outlook for the future and those around her think that she is taking her treatment seriously." 

The source said "Demi has been doing so well in treatment," but added that the 49-year-old actress isn't expected to leave rehab anytime soon, as "she has a lot of work to do still to be and stay healthy."

Moore was hospitalized last month for what her publicist said was stress and exhaustion, but was widely reported to be issues related to substance abuse and an eating disorder. Moore spiraled out of control after her breakup with husband Ashton Kutcher last November amid reports that he was cheating on her.
