Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx began their romance in 2013, and that was three years ago. Now, reports are claiming that the couple have already tied the knot in secret. In the latest issue of OK! Magazine a source revealed that the couple is now ready to talk about their relationship with the announcement of their wedding.

Inquisitr claims Foxx chose to keep their relationship a secret because of a clause in the divorce of the actress with ex-husband Tom Cruise that stated Holmes cannot date publicly for the first five years after their separation.

A source has reportedly claimed that Foxx talked directly to Cruise and convinced him to terminate the said agreement earlier. The source asserted that Foxx told Cruise that he loves the "Dawson's Creek" alum dearly and that having a stable family would benefit their daughter Suri.

According to Hollywood Life, Cruise initially had reservations about what Foxx told him, but the "Top Gun" actor eventually agreed to not stand in their way and signed the agreement. An insider said that Cruise gave in because he could sense Foxx's sincerity and how serious their relationship is.

Foxx and Cruise have been friends for years and it was said that both have stayed civil even after Foxx started dating Holmes. With that, there are numerous rumors claiming that the couple is now planning their wedding, which is set to happen by the end of the year. There are even reports saying that the couple is going to tie the knot in November.

However, in response to the magazine report, Gossip Cop has said that a representative for the couple slammed the rumor that the Hollywood stars are married or engaged as "100 percent not true." The representative reportedly confirmed that the news was a "complete fabrication" and that the two are not getting married.
