Jennifer Aniston and husband, Justin Theroux, stepped out together on Saturday night after rumors about their split surfaced.

Aniston and Theroux wore matching-colored clothing as they held hands in New York City. The couple was seen on their way to The Smile Restaurant, where they dined.

Unlike her friend, Chelsea Handler, who aired her feelings about the Brangelina split, the "Friends" star has yet to comment publicly about her ex-husband's divorce. However, as they were pictured by the paparazzi on Saturday, Aniston obliged the photographers with a reserved smile, Entertainment Tonight reports.

The 47-year-old actress is in NYC to join her hubby, who is in the Big Apple to promote his latest film, "The Girl on the Train." The couple sighting came amid reports that they will soon follow in Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's footsteps.

Just days after Pitt and Jolie announced their divorce, news broke that Aniston and Theroux are also bound to split up. According to Ace Showbiz, the two allegedly had a massive fight after the "Cake" actress found out her husband is still in contact with Heidi Bivens, his ex-girlfriend.

A source said, "They've stayed in contact ever since they broke up. Jen hates it. She let him have it, saying it was the last time she ever wanted to hear about that woman. Justin and Heidi are friends, and that's not going to change."

The rumor went on to add that after the confrontation, the couple barely spoke to each other.

Others also noted that Jen has apparently become paranoid after her split with Pitt. She is constantly thinking that Theroux might cheat on her just like what her ex-husband did. If the cheating happens again, she might be left with her heart broken once more.

Rumors of Aniston-Theroux split may not come as a surprise given the controversy surrounding the Brangelina-Jen connection. However, Aniston's rep has already discredited the gossips saying that all of it is a fabrication of the truth.
