Michael Jackson has been accused of child molestation from beyond the grave by dancer Wade Robson.

Robson filed legal documents on May 1 against the late singer's estate requesting payment for alleged childhood sexual abuse. The 30-year-old's attorney submitted a complaint to support the claims of abuse under seal. Robson's attorney also mentioned the name of a prominent psychiatrist who has treated children but has not yet been publicly identified.

Howard Weitzman, an attorney for the Jackson estate, came out against the new claims in a statement to TMZ. The lawyer called the new allegations less than credible and pathetic.

"This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him," Weitzman said.

Tom Mesereau, who defended Jackson at his 2005 trial, blasted Ronson as an opportunist. He felt that the abuse charges were just a ploy for money and not credible. He pointed out that Robson was one of the lead witnesses for the defense during Jackson's second trial. At one point during the trial, Robson declared that nothing ever happened.

"Michael never touched Robson inappropriately in any way," Mesereau said.

In 2005 Ronson denied in court that Jackson ever abused him when he was called to testify at Jackson's molestation case. Ronson also recalled Jackson in fond terms when the King of Pop died in 2009. He cited Jackson as the reason he danced and why he believed in the goodness of humankind.

"Michael Jackson changed the world and, more personally, my life forever," Ronson said. "He is the reason I dance, the reason I make music."

However, Robson's tune has now changed and he is claiming to suffer from repressed memories.

Robson has worked with the likes of *NSync, Britney Spears and Pink. In recent years, he appeared on So You Think You Can Dance.

He started his career at an early age and met Jackson when he was 5. The two formed a friendshsip and Robson performed The Way You Make Me Feel on Star Search in 1990. Robson also spent nights at Jackson's Neverland ranch for sleepovers as a youth, but that ended when he was 14.
