Sacha Baron Cohen -- dressed as his newest alter ego -- issued an ultimatum to the Academy after reports claimed the actor was banned from the Oscars.
The British actor, appearing as dictator Admiral General Shabazz Aladeen, released a video this morning warning the Academy to reinstate his tickets by noon on Sunday or "face unimaginable consequences."

Cohen's character from The Dictator also phoned into NBC's Today to discuss the Oscar ban, stating, "Normally I would be impressed by an act of cowardice by a faceless regime, but this is personal."
The Academy revoked Cohen's tickets to Sunday night's show after it was revealed the comedian planned to appear in full character.
Cohen is part of ensemble cast for the Oscar nominated film, Hugo.
