List of devices getting Android 7.0 Nougat finally revealed

Android 7.0 Nougat has already started making much sound among Android users. Now they can even refer to the list of smartphones which would get this tremendous upgrade.

With insights about Android's brand new masterpiece 7.0 Nougat coming out one after another, the android device users are also becoming restless to know whether they will be able the taste this new fruit or not. However, a number of potential sources have also unveiled the names of the handsets which will be able to attribute this incredible update of Android.

The list of devices which can be upgraded to this new sensation is provided underneath. Check it out  to know about chances to avail the exciting benefits of this next gen OS platform.

According to iTech Post, an upgrade of Android 7.0 Nougat will enable you to enjoy with some of the amazing key features like the split-screen or multi-window mode, Quick Reply (which allows users to delete, share or archive a message using the notification itself), multilingual support to provide the ease in choosing the language and quick app switching. With Google's very own Nexus series devices, the tech giant's partner-OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) like Sony, HTC, OnePlus, Motorola etc.

Tech Times has briefed about the devices which will be able to sport the Android 7.0 Nougat. To start with Google very own flagship Nexus and Pixel phones, the devices lined up to avail the update are Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Nexus 9, Nexus 6, Nexus Player, Pixel C and Android One. Pixel and Pixel XL will sport Android 7.1 Nougat as per numerous reports indicate.

Lenovo's very owned Motorola is hinted to launch  Android 7.0 Nougat to Moto G (4th Gen), Moto G Plus (4th Gen), Moto G Play (4th Gen), Moto X Pure Edition (3rd Gen), Moto X Style, Moto X Play, Moto X Force, Droid Turbo 2, Droid Maxx 2, Moto Z, Moto Z Droid, Moto Z Force Droid, Moto Z Play and Moto Z Play Droid.

Samsung's approach to this new update of Android will be seen on Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+ , However, before its official discontinuation, Galaxy Note 7 was also lined up for the Android 7.0 Nougat upgrade. But it seems that luck didn't work out for the device even after worldwide replacement, which was made recently, and the phablet finally came to its permanent end.  

After Samsung, its potential contender LG is also not behind in keeping up the pace with this new OS update. LG' V20 is the upcoming sensation of this company which unpacked with Android 7.0 Nougat on October 28th, 2016. Besides this, other devices like LG V10, LG G5, LG G3 will enable to wine up with this update.

HTC was the first among the Original Equipment Manufacturers partnered with Google to announce the list of devices getting the Android 7.0 Nougat.  it is expected to attribute the update in November starting with HTC 10 series and HTC M10.At a later part, Android's updated OS will also be added up to HTC One A9 and HTC One M9.     

According to the list, the exact month of Sony's selected devices getting the update has been specified. As per the details, in October, Xperia X Performance, Xperia XZ will be the only two substances to see the update. Xperia X, Xperia X Compact will sport Android 7.0 Nougat in November. December month is reserved for Xperia Z5, Xperia Z3+ and Xperia Z4 Tablet to experience this new OS. Xperia XA, Xperia Ultra will be revealed with 7.0 Nougat in the first quarter of 2017.

Lastly, OnePlus's developers' team is reported to be "actively working" on the Android 7.0 Nougat. It is highly hinted that OnePlus 3 would be the first instance of this brand to see the update within the early months of 2017. OnePlus 2 would be next device after OnePlus 3 of this flagship to avail this tremendous OS.
