One of the biggest surprises for all DC fans will come in the all-new Gotham Season 3. Apart from DC Extended Universe, DC has already worked with ia TV series version based on Batman's saga.

Jerome Valeska was a kid born to carnival folk, raised by his snake charmer single mother. Lila Valeska was a sub-par parent, and Jerome resented her, finding camaraderie with Paul Cicero, a blind old man who was a sideshow psychic. Valeska became sociopathic, eventually murdered his mother, and then tried to hide the fact.

When he was caught by the GCPD, because he was of age, he was tried as an adult and sent to "Arkham Asylum", a local institute for the criminally insane There is a fan-made the rumor that Jerome is nothing but the young version of Joker, one of a top nightmare of Batman.Executive Producer John Stephens has already confirmed that "It's 100% our intention to bring Jerome back."

"We're going to be playing it again this year and basically extending the idea of the cult of Jerome. We're building the architecture for him to come back," Stephens said.

Exploring through the all-new Season 3 premieres every episode showed its trend with showing the rampage and terrorizing of Gotham city by a different psychotic monster created in Indiana Hills by Hugo Strange by resurrecting a  former dead villain, as well as with Penguin running for mayor. Such shows one of the strong evidence for Jerome's comeback this season, as different teasers showing Gotham becoming a mad city without him has been shown earlier on.

David Mazouz teased about Jerome's return on social media platform,  Although it remains unclear as to who he's referring to, the poster on the wall behind him served as an interesting clue, as it shows "HAHAHA," indirectly pointing to Jerome.
