A woman provided proof that she had an affair with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak's husband, Kroy Biermann, during the early part of his relationship with the reality star.

Elizabeth Seward, a former cheerleader for the Indiana Pacers NBA team, said she met Biermann in January of 2010 and continued to date him even after he met Zolciak in May of 2010.

"Obviously our relationships overlapped," Seward told InTouch.

InTouch published the story on its official website on Thursday and that same day, Zolciak, 34, wrote on Twitter: "Another day another stupid story! Meanwhile my husband and I sit back and laugh!"

Seward, 25, said when she met Biermann their initial attraction to each other was a "whirlwind love-at-fist-sight thing." When the former cheerleader moved to Las Vegas in July of 2010, Biermann told her "everything you'd want to hear" including, "you're my girlfriend, we're going to make this work."

Seward said she learned of Biermann's relationship with Zolciak when she saw photos of the pair together at RHOA co-star Cynthia Bailey's wedding in July of 2010. Seward said when brought the subject up to Biermann about being Zolciak's date at Bailey's wedding, and he told her that the reality star was "just a friend" at the time.

"It was crazy," she told the magazine of Biermann's cheating.

Seward provided the magazine with a series of text messages she exchanged with Biermann, which proved he cheated, admitted he did and then apologized for lying to her.

The NFL player flew Seward to Indianapolis, where he was training, for a five-day romantic affair in July of 2010. A week later she saw pictures of him with Zolciak and inquired about them via text.

"I left a week ago, I trusted you" Seward wrote to him on July 29.

Biermann replied, "I don't know what you want me to say to you, I f-ked up I'm sorry."

She also wrote on July 29, 2010:" You kissed me goodbye a week ago and told me you love me," towhich he followed up with, "You're my girlfriend. We're going to make this work."

Seward said she is coming forward about the affair because she wants Zolciak to "know about it."

A friend of Biermann's defended him dating both women at the same time.

"This woman is trying to wreck her happy home life. It wasn't betrayal. It was just the normal thing that happens when someone is dating and finally falls for someone," the source told InTouch. "Other people get left behind and sometimes they get hurt."

Bravo aired the second season of Zolciak's spin-off show, Don't Be Tardy, in April. The show was formerly called Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding. Cameras Zolciak's family life with Biermann, a 27-year-old Atlanta Falcons defensive end whom she married in 2011. The couple has a 19-month-old son, K.J., and Kash, 7 months. Zolciak also has two pre-teen daughters from a previous relationship - Brielle and Ariana.
