Kim Richards' dog, Kingsley, has been accused of attacking several people, including her own niece, but most recently, it was the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's stylist who was left bloody after the pit bull attacked her at Richards' home in April of this year.

While the stylist, Paige Elisabeth Sanderson, filed a lawsuit against Richards, as well as her sister, Kyle, other family members and her manager, Michael London, months ago, London is just now issuing a response to the lawsuit by insisting he is not responsible and requesting he be taken off of the suit.

In the documents obtained by Radar Online earlier this week, London claims he did nothing more than help Sanderson after the alleged attack and insists that his actions, which allegedly include lying to hospital staff about the attack dog's identity, were “in good faith and with genuine concern,” for Sanderson’s “well-being and not intended to harm” her.

He also said he “was not informed of, aware of, or [having] actual knowledge of the conspiracy as alleged,” by Sanderson.

London wants the case against him dropped, but Sanderson claims he lied on medical records and to the staff of the hospital where he took her for treatment.

While Richards continues to deal with the legal drama surrounding her pet and his many attacks, she is believed to be currently sober which is an impressive feat for the reality star who has struggled with addiction issues for many years.
