Microsoft offers a worthy price drop for Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book

Microsoft's two masterpieces Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book are again coming with a reduced price tag. While their next-gen successors are speculated to debut in 2017, a fresh edition of the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book might be unveiled this month. Possibly this is the reason why Microsoft has graced the price of these two devices  

According to a report iTech Post, Microsoft is offering its customers Surface hybrids by a worthy price slash from the Microsoft Store. It is notable, however, that the discounts are only applicable to a few certain variants of the Surface devices. Nevertheless, these discounts are still enough to fuel the rumor that refreshed versions of the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book will be unveiled on October 26.

Microsoft's upcoming event which scheduled to be held after just a few days away from now is expected to focus on Windows 10 and the rumored Surface desktop. While everyone is excited for a new generation of Surface Pro and Surface Book, it looks like Microsoft has something else prepared for fans.

Instead of releasing the Surface Pro 5 and the Surface Book 2, the company might just be upgrading the Surface Pro 4 and the Surface Book. It was said that Microsoft may not be changing the devices' hardware, but these upcoming Surface devices will be getting major internal upgrades. 

According to a report by Win Beat, the listings on the Microsoft's online Store shows a Surface Pro with 256GB internal storage and 8GB RAM alongside an Intel Core i5 processor, is eligible for the $150 gift code as well as Surface Books with similar configurations.

The offer is, however, available for a limited time. As per the details gathered buyers can avail this deal till January 31, 2017. In this offer, Surface Pro 4 available at $1,100 only and Surface Book is tagged with a $1,600 Priceline.

As the holiday shopping season approaching towards, many tech fans even regarding this offer as an attempt by Microsoft to attract more customers towards it. But most experts have hinted towards its unveiling of the new fresh versions of both the quotient. Whatever, the reasons may be behind this price drop, both the offers for Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book will bring a good business to the company as expected.
