Vodafone is preparing more ways to deliver a flawless internet connection. For this purpose, it has recently developed a new age connectivity possibility with its new flagship named, FibreX . The new range is claimed to be faster as well as cheaper than Vodafone's existing hybrid-fibre coaxial network,  The company also saying that this connection can be availed within just a three days of time.

According to a report by Scoop, FibreX is the new avatar for the Vodafone HFC network that services parts of Wellington, the Kapiti Coast, and Christchurch. The company also claims that it will be installed within a short time of three days from the moment a customer orders it.  A usual unlimited data gigabit plan will cost $110 a month on FibreX. That is actually $30 less than Vodafone's equivalent plan for a UFB fiber connection. Additionally, customers who have a qualifying access to Vodafone mobile account will have to pay $100 for a month. All FibreX plans will be treated as a 2 year long contracts.

About installation of the same, Consumer Director of Vodafone Services,  Matt Williams has argued with much positivity. He said  "It takes a lot longer than three days to install a UFB fiber connection and there is a waiting list. When a customer signs with us, we'll have engineers turn up with a modem and they'll make the connection in three working days. If we don't we'll give the customer a $100 credit." Vodafone explained to spent more than $20 million for the purpose of upgrading the HFC network to gigabit speeds.

FibreX is regarded to be one of the first of its kind networks, in the world, which uses the new Docis 3.1 standard. Theoretically, this attribute provides a speed of 10 GBPS for download and 1 GBPS. So, with this standard,  it can be easily expected that FibreX will fulfill the desire of Vodafone's existing and upcoming consumers, of having a superlative download speed.
