Sunday night's episode of 60 Minutes featured an interview with Kim Kardashian about internet fame that certainly played differently following her Paris robbery.

Kardashian spoke with 60 Minutes prior to the shocking robbery incident that left her bound and gagged in her Paris hotel room as two men made off with almost $11 million in jewelry. Ironically, the reality star discussed the internet and how her life is so public, in the interview.

"There are pitfalls: lack of privacy, loss of privacy," she said, of becoming famous on the internet. "That's not for everyone. For me, I can handle it."

She also said in the interview that "the pros in my situation and my lifestyle have been more beneficial than the negative things."

Nowadays, Kardashian has been completely silent on all social media since Oct. 2, the day of the robbery. Her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, have said in separate interviews that she is still recovering from the robbery. There were also sources who claimed Kim was blaming herself for the robbery.

"Kim's in shock and blaming herself," a source told People. "She's tearing herself up that she Snapchatted the ring so much and wore it all the time. This incident is making her question everything. How she dresses, what she does."

Meanwhile, Kim also discussed on 60 Minutes how she has helped turn herself, her family and her overall life into a brand worth millions of dollars - and how accusations of her not being "talented" aren't that accurate.

"It is a talent to have a brand that's really successful off of getting people to like you for being you," she said. "So I have to think that involves some type of talent, you know?"

Kim admitted that her career as a celebrity/businesswoman/brand would not exist if it weren't for her social media presence. "I totally attribute my career to social media."
