Could the fourth time truly be the charm for perennial Bachelor contestant Nick Viall?

According to reports, the new star of The Bachelor is actually having luck in his current season where he is the headliner, after being rejected as the first runner-up guy during both Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe's seasons of The Bachelorette, and his relationship with Jen Saviano on Bachelor in Paradise also fizzled out.

"The season is going very, very well," a source told Us Weekly. "Like one of the best seasons ever. Nick is finding love-for real."

A second source confirmed that filming would wrap up in November, when Viall would make a decision.

As for how things have shaped up with the filming, the only reported drama has come from the reveal that Viall realized when he met the 21 women who were competing for his heart that he had slept with one of them before at a wedding and hadn't contacted her again afterwards. Since then however, things have reportedly gone well, and he has had memorable dates with the women, including on a Ferris Wheel ride at a carnival, and dancing onstage during a Backstret Boys concert.

The news about his success this season is encouraging for the reality star, as the announcement he would be the Bachelor for Season 21 was not well-received by some of the show's most loyal fans, after JoJo's rejected suitor Luke Pell seemed to be the sure pick for the new title. The fury was only increased when Pell came out and revealed he was packed and ready to go for the season, only to be replaced last minute by Viall.

"We were all satisfired, had agreed to the contracts and everything was moving forward," Pell revealed at the time. "I was checked in to my flight to come to L.A. I got a call from producers Sunday night at about 10 p.m. They said ABC had decided to quote-unquote go in a different direction. I was supposed to fly out Monday morning at 9 a.m. I had my bags packed and everything. Most dramatic Monday ever!"
