The tech giant has always been known to bring out new and innovative stuff for the tech enthusiasts, again Microsoft is up with a superlative extension for all its fans. The company is all set to bring out its latest acquired streaming service named Beam as a freeware program in its  forthcoming Windows 10 creators update. The users of PC and Xbox both will be able to take the advantage of this service.

According to a report by Gamasutra, the users of Windows PC will be able to access this service by a dedicated hotkey which is expected to reveal before the service gets into full operation. This hotkey will allow gamers to watch and stream gameplay without third-party apps on their PC. On the contrary, a similar competitor in this quotient, Twitch has also improvised their streaming by allowing  PC gamers to enjoy the games in real-time streaming experience by reducing download lag to zero.

Another report by iTech Post. on the other hand Xbox one users it will be an exclusive feature to grab on. Xbox users are given options on "how and where they stream their games." According to another instance, the users will even be able to choose and build their own leagues on their devices which alone makes it much unique than Twitch. Jenn McCoy from Microsoft also demonstrated how players can start and carry out their own tournaments using the Arena in Xbox Live.  

Altogether, the features of Beam, if implemented as promised, will make this Beam an unavoidable streaming unit for gamers as it will allow them to taste the exposure of an on-field gaming experience in a real-time scenario. Also, it will give them the opportunity to interact with other gamers and to gradually build their desired gaming community. Beam is set to release in Spring 2017 as a part of Windows 10 creators update.
