In Sons of Anarchy casting news, the FX biker series will reportedly be bringing on a brand new VP to take over for Bobby (Mark Boone Junior) along with two other first time characters for Season 6.

TVLine recently spoke to SoA creator Kurt Sutter at FX's Upfront party on May 9, and he dished on the subject.

"There will be a new VP in place, given Bobby's resignation at the close of Season 5.  And there will be a new sergeant-at-arms," he revealed.

Sutter then came clean that two new individuals will be in the fifth installment as well.   One will be "an old school shot-caller that's out of Stockton," while the other is a "major female character who is in sort of the escort world."

In other recent SOA news, it was recently announced that actress Drea de Matteo (Wendy) will be returning for a multiple episode story arc. Jax's (Charlie Hunnam) ex-wife - who is also the mother to both Abel and Thomas - could put the SAMCRO leader's livelihood in major turmoil, according to TVLine,

Sons of Anarchy is set to premiere its sixth season on Sept. 11 at 10/9c on the FX network.  Be sure to check back for more of the latest details on the gritty TV series.
