Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz may have faced a few relationship struggles prior to their August 2016 wedding, as fans have seen in the trailer for the upcoming fifth season of Vanderpump Rules, but these days, they are going strong.

At the end of last month, as Schwartz celebrated his first birthday as a husband, Maloney took to Instagram where she shared a sweet message for her man with fans -- and a throwback photo from their wedding day.

"Happy birthday to my sexy husband. I wish i could ground hogs day our wedding! But luckily I get to wake up to you every morning! I promise to rub your little head tonight," Maloney captioned the photo seen below.

Also on Instagram recently, Maloney shared a photo of a racy promotional picture for the fifth season of Vanderpump Rules. In the caption, she asked fans, "Who are these sexy people? I guess we all will find out November 7th at 9pm only by @bravotv."

During the trailer for the fifth season of Vanderpump Rules, Maloney and Schwartz are seen fighting frequently with one another but luckily, they were able to mend their issues prior to their big day.
