Did somebody miss John Mayer or they just want to have a long vacation without even seeing or knowing what happened to the guy? But why hate John Mayer for so long when in fact the man praises ladies on his songs like Your Body Is a Wonderland and has exes like Taylor Swift and Katy Perry? He had been silent for a long time since his cover of Beyonce's XO in 2014 and instead toured along with Dead & Company. He may have acquired a few dislikes from his previous demeanor but well, the guy is talented and no doubt, his Instagram post sparked interest from fans and haters as well.

John Mayer surprised her fans on November 10 by posting a cryptic message on Instagram saying, "Love on the Weekend", 11-17. According to Billboard, nobody knows what the message means exactly, although Mayer had been mentioning something like a "new song" for the past several months. In a separate post before that, Mayer, without showing himself, shared a guitar exhibition which sounded like in his music studio.

This has been a long time since 2014, and back than 2010 when he had to rest following a throat surgery; this is something to look forward to the Grammy award winner himself. Vulture is not sure if it is a new single or the name of the album; surely, this new project of John Mayer will be an instant hit as the rest of his songs were. The 39-year-old singer has really committed to his promise of new tunes and his excitement is felt to extend to everybody who is already looking forward to his comeback.

The new project has been a no-secret when John Mayer's Trio drummer accidentally revealed the name of the album he is working on. However, fans were left hanging on to the details as he can't help but slowly reveal tidbits of what he is currently busy with. With only 4 days left, "your earbuds will be a wonderland" as John Mayer once again rock the music world with his songs.
