As Beyonce continues to face pregnancy rumors with pictures of an unconfirmed baby bump making its way around, the singer took the stage in Antwerp, Belguim to thank fans for the support after she recently postponed Tuesday's concert.

On Wednesday, the Love on Top singer appeared on stage for her The Mrs. Carter World Tour in a white angelic costume and took the microphone to express how she was feeling much better.

"I just have to say, I feel so good to be on this stage. I have the best fans in the world. Now, my doctors told me not to perform tonight, but there was no way in the world. I just have to say that you all have given me so much inspiration and I just want to thank you guys," she said in the below video.

Fans that attended Wednesday's concert said the singer was not 100%.

"At first we were super excited that she was able to perform tonight and the crowd was hype in anticipation, but after the first few songs it was clear that she should have postponed this show as well. Beyonce wasn't her usual self and started out very weakly," one fan said.

Tuesday's cancellation sparked rumors that the 31-year-old singer and mother of toddler, Blue Ivy is pregnant with her second child with husband, Jay-Z.

Earlier that day, she also posted a handwritten note via her Facebook that read:

"I've never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me. I promise I will make it up very soon. I'm sorry if I disappointed you. Thank you for your concern. I'm feeling much better now and I'm ready to give you a great show. All my love. See you tonight."

"Beyoncé and Jay are planning for another baby after her tour is over and things calm down just a bit," a source told People magazine.

Pictures of Beyonce and a larger-than-normal stomach have been floating around, with recent images the singer posted on her Instagram site.

In a recent interview with Good Morning America in London, the singer said she wants to have more children.

"I think my daughter needs some company," she said. "I definitely love being big sister."
