OnePlus 4 comes up with advanced features like AR & MR capability, 2K display and release in June 2017

After the release of OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, people are eagerly waiting for the upcoming OnePlus launch which may be called OnePlus 4. Here are some expected features and release of this upcoming smartphone.

There will be many advanced features added in this new OnePlus release. According to International Business Times, the handset will have a glass body and 5.3-inch 2K AMOLED display with screen resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor with 8GB RAM. The Snapdragon 830 chipset will boost the device's performance.

As per India Today, it is almost certain that OnePlus 4 will run on Android 7.1 Nougat, although OnePlus will modify it slightly and call the new User Interface Oxygen OS, similar as OnePlus 3. Many are expecting wireless charging feature in this smartphone.

OnePlus Co-founder Carl Pei said in an interview with India Today, "We will only focus on one flagship product in a year and for now there is no plan for any other category. This is the best chance we have to create a great phone, especially for a small team. The smartphone market is very crowded so we have to create a product that cuts through the clutter. The only way for us to do that is to focus on it and obsess about its details. That doesn't leave much room another phone." 

Expected internal storage capacity of that device will be 128GB. It will have a mega 4000 mAh battery, dual camera with one camera using an image sensor that has larger pixels with AR and MR capabilities. IMX 378 Image sensor could be used which has been used in Google Pixel phones and Xiaomi Mi 5S. There will be a 24 Megapixel primary camera and 8 Megapixel front cameras.

Some are saying that it will come with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage as the previous release but that is unlikely to be happen. OnePlus 3 was released in June, so many people believe that OnePlus 4 will also be launched at the same time of the year in 2017.   

This smartphone will be more powerful than ever with these latest features. It will be more demanding as previous OnePlus releases. OnePlus 4 will be launched in June 2017. 

According to Weibo leak, OnePlus 4 may come in two variants, 6GB and 8GB RAM with Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 and 835 processor. OnePlus 4 will give a tough competition to Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
