Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell of "The Bachelor" season 20 are facing break up rumors for a while now. Many believe that the couple is just faking it ever since the season's finale in March 2016. However, the pair tells a very different story.

Higgins and Bushnell celebrated the first year since the 28-year-old proposed to the flight attendant on "The Bachelor" season 20. This is amid speculations that the couple will split soon after they were seen cancelling their wedding on their new reality show, "Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?"

Despite this, the couple maintains that they are still happily attached to each other. In fact, Ben took penned a heartwarming letter for Lauren on the first anniversary of his proposal to her. The Denver resident posted this on his Instagram account.

On Nov. 18, Ben posted a collage of pictures on IG and then added, "...One year ago today I proposed to @laurenbushnell and even with the normal relational speed bumps our relationship has continued to mold us both into better partners and better people. I am lucky to have her, we are doing very well!"

Higgins also had a similar message posted on his Twitter that same day along with a picture of him and Lauren Facetiming his parents.

Similarly, 26-year-old Bushnell wrote a message for Ben. She wrote this along with her birthday wishes for her sister, Mollie.

Lauren wrote, "Today is also the day that the love of my life got down on one knee and asked me to marry him exactly one year ago. Love you." Although the flight attendant posted this along with a picture of her and her sibling, she uploaded another photo of her and Ben with him kissing her forehead.

The two may have professed their love for each other publicly. On the other hand, cynics are still on the lookout for signs that the two may have broken up. Some try to point out that there are no recent pictures of the two together. While Lauren is in California for Mollie's birthday, Ben was in Denver with pals.

The truth is that the couple does not have to be together at all times. Besides, Lauren is still clearly wearing her engagement ring while she was partying with her family. So, as of the moment, there are no signs that Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are going their separate ways anytime soon.
