Their divorce appears to be affecting holiday plans for Brad Pitt when it comes to potentially spending time with his six children with Angelina Jolie.

According to People Magazine, he will not be with Jolie or their children-Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox-despite being completely cleared of all charges of child abuse from both the LAPD and the FBI.

However, a source told the magazine that the complicated legal battle the two are locked in for custody of their kids is going to make it more difficult for them to spend time together, so Pitt won't be with the kids. There was a temporary recommendation by the Department of Children and Family Services, which stated that the children would live with Jolie the last few weeks and Pitt would have supervised visitation. However, Pitt is "unhappy with the arrangement".

"He loves his kids and wants to spend more time with them," the source said.

Unfortunately that time will not be on Thanksgiving.

In the meantime, Jolie still is requesting sole physical custody of the six kids, as she did when she first filed for divorce in September. Pitt already filed a request for joint custody, but the case was dependent upon the results of both the LAPD and FBI investigations into him which alleged child abuse.
