Cast member Maisie Richardson-Sellers hints the return of a character in DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 while it is on a short break. Moreover, The CW has finally released the official plot summary and preview trailer clip of the much-anticipated 4-part crossover series.

Arthur Darvill is going to return in DC's "Legends of Tomorrow". Cast member Maisie Richardson-Sellers officially confirmed that the 34-year old English actor and musician will reappear in the latter part of the current season.

Richardson-Sellers further hinted that Darvill may come back to play a different version of Rip Hunter, International Business Times reports.

Episode 7 Synopsis

As for the official plot synopsis of Episode 7, Comic Book Movie notes, "ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL IN THIS CROSSOVER OF SUPERHEROES - After learning the Dominators' plan for the world, the Legends must work together with Barry Allen aka The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin), Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) and Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell) to kill them once and for all.

Meanwhile, Martin Stein aka Firestorm (Victor Garber) figures out, with the help of others, how the team can terminate the Dominators, but is distracted by the aberration he realizes he created in 1987." 

Series On Short Break

DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 is currently on a short break. According to iTech Post, the next episode which was scheduled to air last Thursday, November 24, 2016, is postponed to air on the 1st day of December. The show went off the air in celebration of Thanksgiving.

DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 episode 7 is titled as "Invasion!". The upcoming 4-hour crossover series starts with "Supergirl" on Monday, November 28, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. The "Flash" follows then the battle goes on in the "Arrow" and will conclude with this show on November 30.
