Hillary Clinton has stayed decidedly low-key following Election Day, but she recently popped up a local New York grocery store this week as she shopped for Thanksgiving.

Brittany Valente posted a photo of herself and Clinton on Instagram Wednesday, revealing that Bill Clinton and their grandson, Aidan, were with her.

"Ran into Hill and Bill at the local market," Valente wrote in the caption of the photo. "Met their grandson Aiden [sic], cutest little guy ever."

Chelsea Clinton was also there as the family shopped for some last-minute items for Thanksgiving.

"They were so relaxed and shopping for Thanksgiving dinner at the local village market," Valente revealed to WNBC in New York. "They were so nice talking to everyone, wishing them happy holidays, and at one point Hillary said, 'We must stay strong together no matter what. Thank you for your support.'"

Hillary was also seen hiking a few days after the election, where a local snapped her own selfie with the Democratic nominee. The former secretary of state also appeared at a speech for the Children's Defense Fund, opening up about the election results being devastating.

"There have been a few times this past week where all I wanted to do was curl up with a good book and our dogs and never leave the house again," she said, noting that being at Children's Defense Fund event "wasn't the easiest thing."

However, she noted, "The divisions laid bare by this election run deep. But please listen to me when I say this: America is worth it. Our children are worth it. Believe in our country, fight for our values and never, ever give up."
