American Idol 2013 winner Candice Glover took the stage at the American Idol finale Thursday with singer Jennifer Hudson to perform a duet of Inseparable in one of the best performances of the night.

Glover and Hudson's performance got standing ovation from the judges and the 7,000 people in the audience at the live finale yesterday and sparked a wave of positive comments on the Internet.

Glover, a 23-year-old singer from South Carolina, defeated Texas' singer Kree Harrison to get the 2013 title. She is the first female contestant to win U.S.' biggest singing competition since Jordin Sparks in 2007.

The two-hour telecast featured performances by Psy, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Jessie J, Aretha Franklin, Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez and more.
