The 2016 CMA Country Christmas special is set to air tonight on ABC - here's how you can watch both on television and online.

Jennifer Nettles returns to host this year's CMA Country Christmas, an annual special where country artists come together to celebrate the holiday season.

"The taping of 'CMA Country Christmas' has become a treasured holiday tradition for Nashville families," said Sarah Trahern, CMA chief executive officer, via ABC. "And watching 'CMA Country Christmas' on ABC is equally important as generations gather to celebrate the season."

Performers at this year's CMAs include Nettles, Kelsea Ballerini, Kacey Musgraves, Brett Eldredge, Idina Menzel, Rascal Flatts, Amy Grant, Kelly Clarkson and Trisha Yearwood. Nettles is performing a duet with Andra Day, while Brad Paisley performs with Chris Young.

This year's special includes the toy drive, where audience members give their unwrapped gifts to children in need in Tennessee.

"Providing new toys for deserving children shines a spotlight on a worthy endeavor and reflects the values and spirit of giving found in our artists, industry, and city," Trahern said.

The CMA Country Christmas special begins Monday night at 8/7c on ABC, and airs until 10/9c.
