Waiting for the next episodes of The Big Bang Theory is just as mind boggling as the scenes itself just as the show kept their viewers hanging on till December. There's nothing to worry though because the current season's 10th episode is already released giving a sneak peak on what the geeky bunch has in store. With all their crazy ideologies and demands, The Big Bang Theory promises another hilarious episode with a new little member coming very soon.

One of the highlights of episode 10 will be the clashes of Team Shamy and Team Lenny, as the two men in the house just can't help but deal with their immaturity. From the episode title itself, "The Property Division Collision" shows their different strategies, most of Sheldon's choices of getting the Big and Valuable items and leaving all the Bad Stuff to Leonard. Sheldon even had an old man stay with them for only $1 a night which totally adds up to the heat of the situation but the idea is just as hilarious when the old man compared the rates from way back 1940's.

Sheldon and Leonard's friendship here may be at stake as they are even fighting over a big blue flag. As CarterMatt describes in the promo vid, will the latter fight back and claim his rights or concede with the former's usual egotism? Meanwhile, Stuart and Raj started their game of "team baby go!" just as Bernadette's water bag has erupted during their playful banter.

Stuart is with the team when he offered book coupons of baby guides but it was discovered to be written on an eviction note leaving him homeless. To avoid him going back to Howard mom's arms, Stuart will be staying in to help with the upcoming bundle of joy which is not too far from happening. As Bernadette starts her labor, International Business Times reports that this is another one milestone of the show that is worth the wait as the winter hiatus comes near.

The Big Bang Theory Season 10 episode "The Property Division Collision" is set to air on Dec 1 on CBS.
