Pregnant Kate Middleton was spotted feeding her growing baby bump a sweet snack while shopping in London this week.

Witnesses said the Duchess of Cambridge devoured a banana muffin and drank cappuccino, as she sat in the atrium at Chelsea Harbour's Dome cafe.

"She just sat in the atrium like everyone else" a source said. "She was very polite and really nice - just totally normal. I didn't know it was her at first. I just thought, 'You look a lot like Kate Middleton' Then it kind of dawned on me."

"She had a cappuccino and a banana muffin," the source added. "It's not every day you see the future Queen of England sitting down in a café eating a muffin!"

After Middleton ate the delicious breakfast snack, she reportedly spent hours shopping an an exclusive design store. Onlookers said she looked a bit tired.

"She was nice, but I think she was a bit tired," a source said. '[She] had done a lot of shopping for someone who is so heavily pregnant. She didn't really say anything. She just pottered around looking at the fabrics. But she seemed really nice."

Enstars reported earlier that sources said Middleton purchased a rug at one of street's stores, and witnesses took to Twitter to express their excitement for seeing the royal and her growing baby bump.

The 31-year-old wife of Prince of William is reported to give birth in the second week of July.

"They were all discussing the fact that Kate's baby is due to be born on July 13. Everyone was very excited," the source said.

Despite William's busy schedule, reports indicated that he will be attendance for the arrival of the baby.

Although the couple has yet to confirm the gender of the baby, sources said that Middleton will give birth at St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London.
