Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have reportedly gotten back together after spending about a year and a half as co-parents of their three children, Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1.

According to a new report, Kardashian and Disick have been back on for "a few months" but aren't living together quite yet.

"They are back together and giving their relationship a try again," a source confirmed to E! News on Friday. "Scott's mellowed out a lot and hasn't been partying... [They] both want to make it work for them and their kids."

Since splitting up last year, Kardashian and Disick have spent tons of time as a family and frequently discussed the idea of getting back together.

"We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know what the future holds in life, in God's plan," Kardashian said on the Today show in April. "But we're just doing our best to be the best parents. Like, he came with us to Vail and it was great. But, like, we're friends at this point."

The main issue that was holding the couple back from reconciling sooner was Disick's tendencies to let loose.

"I used to always think that when I was drunk the real me came out and I always thought the real me was a bad person," Disick told Caitlyn Jenner in April. "And I've realized that, you know, substances make people something else, it's not really who they are. So I've been able to kind of forgive myself for all the things...and now I'm just focusing on actually being me. I've just been happy for the first time in a long time."
