Kanye West may be home from the hospital, but he is apparently being advised to not jump into working anytime soon.

West left the UCLA Medical Center this week and is currently recovering at home, where wife, Kim Kardashian West, is helping take care of him. While Kanye is a go-getter and likely wants to get back into work, those around him are reportedly telling him to relax.

"People in Kanye's inner circle are hoping the hospital stay has made him realize that he needs to take a step back from work and focus on his personal health and mindset," a source told Entertainment Tonight this week.

The source seems to believe that Kanye will indeed follow their advice due to his love for Kim and their two kids, three-year-old North and 11-month-old Saint.

"Kanye loves working, but he loves Kim [Kardashian West] and his family more," the insider said. "He had way too much on his plate and it came to a point where he couldn't handle it all, so he just broke."

The rapper was admitted to the hospital for exhaustion and sleep deprivation back on Nov. 21 and just got released this past Wednesday. He had previously been ranting at his concerts about everyone from Beyonce to Hillary Clinton, and wound up cancelling one show just hours before he was scheduled to perform.

It was then announced that Kanye was cancelling the rest of his Saint Pablo tour, which was supposed to last until the end of the year.

In the mean time, the Entertainment Tonight source suggested that Kanye will need to find balance in the future if he wants to have a successful public and private life.

"He needs to find a good balance with the two in his life," the source said, "and he'll work hard at finding that."
