Hailey Baldwin took aim at Taylor Swift during a recent interview.

As her model friends, including Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner prepare for their appearance in tonight's 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Baldwin has made waves by dissing one of their closest friends -- and her squad.

“I don’t understand the Taylor Swift squad at all,” Baldwin explained during an interview with Yahoo7 Be on Monday. “I don’t know what having a squad means. I just have my friends and that’s it."

“I don’t think that you need to create a public squad. I don’t know what that proves," she continued. "So I don’t really understand the Taylor Swift squad at all.”

Baldwin continued on to the outlet, claiming that during a recent celebration for her 20th birthday, she enjoyed time with Canada with some of her friends.

“I was just with some of my really close friends - my sister, my cousin - and we just did a little 48-hour trip,” she said. “We were in Canada and it was just low-key and fun and it was exactly what I wanted.”

As for why Baldwin would take aim at one of Hadid and Jenner's best friends, she may be trying to get on the side of her former flame, Justin Bieber, who has been known to feud with Swift in the past. That said, Bieber recently shared a photo of himself singing a Swift song, which many took as a truce between the two singers.
