Is Kim Kardashian ready to end her third marriage? That is what a new report has suggested.

According to a source, the 36-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's marriage to Kanye West may be over and when it comes to her two children, North, 3, and Saint, 1, she reportedly wants sole custody.

“She will be filing for sole custody,” a Kardashian insider explained to In Touch Weekly magazine on Wednesday.

Following West's mental breakdown in November, Kardashian is said to be “incredibly protective” of her two kids, but at the same time, she doesn't want to take them from their dad.

“She does want Kanye to be a part of their lives,” the insider told the magazine. However, on the cover of their magazine's latest issue, a headline reads, "Kim Announces Divorce! She's Taking The Kids."

The magazine went on to claim that West had reportedly done something that was unforgivable and suggested that he had also engaged in a fight with Kardashian's family. The publication even claimed Kardashian wanted one of her exes back.

Kim’s asked her lawyer to have the divorce documents drawn up and ready to be filed,” the insider said. “Kim has already announced to all of her close friends that the divorce is going to happen, and everyone has been incredibly supportive. They expect a public announcement soon.”

But according to Gossip Cop, there won't be an announcement at all as the pair is not calling it quits.
