It appears Kody Brown's legal wife has finally had enough and is ready to pull the plug on their marriage, leaving their show Sister Wives behind for good.

According to Radar Online, Robyn Brown is planning to leave her husband after the New Year, and is even going to take her kids-Dalton, Breanna and Aurora, as well as her two with Kody, Solomon and Ariella-to Utah as she tried to figure out what to do next.

"She is leaving the first week in January to go back to Utah with the kids and be with her family to figure out the next step in her life," a source told the website. "Her kids aren't being treated very well."

"There were a lot of communication issues and a lot of fighting," the source added. "Kody is really bad at handling stressful situations and wants to be safe all the time, and when Robyn could no longer be his source of comfort. He couldn't handle it."

The troubles the two had, which reportedly went on for months, even affected how often Robyn appeared on the show's most recent season, because she "wasn't happy" and "didn't really want to film."

"This season is really focusing on Maddie's wedding and on the catfish plot," the source said. "Robyn's always gotten her way, now she's totally done. She refuses to be places on the back-burner."

Robyn reportedly plans to move back to Utah with her family, a move that won't be drama-free because she gave Kody adoption rights for her other three children, and because she left things at home pretty bad when she first left-but she's ready to mend those problems so she can start moving her life back in the right direction again.

"She burned a lot of bridges back home, but she is ready to repair old relationships," the source said. "Robyn is looking to move back home full time. She has to wait till she's done with the show. Things with Kody are not the happily ever after like she was expecting."
