The 50 Shades of Grey movie casting rumors continue to heat up the Internet, as the potential pairing of White Collar's Matt Bomer and former Gilmore Girls standout Alexis Bledel appears to be back on several fans' minds.

According to the Team Alexis Bledel for Anastasia Steel Facebook page, the 31-year-old blue-eyed beauty has both the looks and acting chops to pull off the Anastasia Steele role, as over 6,000 users liked the page.

The 50 Shades loyalists seem to favor Bledel to pair with Bomer, who is actually 35-years-old, but has still garnered the attention of females for the role nonetheless.

To top it off, another fan-made Facebook page composed with photos of the two looking like a real-life item has also received over 2,000 likes.

Speaking to Metro toward the end of 2012, Bomer spoke about the prospect of playing the role of the S&M-crazed billionaire.

"No comment.  That's my line on that.  But it's very flattering I've got fans who would like to see me in these things," he said.

Movie Pilot had Bledel ranked second behind Harry Potter star Emma Watson in their Anastasia sweepstakes and had the following to say in April regarding her for the coveted role:

"Not only is Bledel cute as pie, but she has Ana's sweet and innocent look down pat.  She looks like she can blush and chew her bottom lip with the best of them at the sight of sexy Christian."

While the producers have yet to officially attach a director to the franchise, the film is slated for its big screen release in summer of 2014, and will be shot in London.
