The Miami Heat continues to struggle going up into the second month of the NBA regular season. Rumors online are spreading that DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall might be heading to South Beach and could join forces in Miami before the trade deadline.

Cousins has always found himself in the rumors mills the past few months. Since last year, he'd been very vocal about his unhappiness with how the Sacramento Kings management run the team. And with the Kings seem to be on the verge of falling again, Cousins is said to be opting out of his contract this early.

Same goes to Wall whose name has always been mentioned in numerous trade deals. Even he is producing impressive stats of 23.7 points, 9.7 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game, the performance didn't translate to wins for the Washington Wizards. With the current situation of the Wizards, reports are now saying that he is losing patience and wants out of the team.

According to NBA Trade Rumors, a proposed trade deal between the Heat, Kings and Wizards has been the hot topic online today. Trade scenario is suggesting as follows:

1. The Miami Heat will welcome DeMarcus Cousins from the Kings and John Wall from the Wizards;

2. The Washington Wizards will acquire Hassan Whiteside and Josh Richardson plus two future draft picks all from the Heat;

3. Finally, the Sacramento Kings will then obtain Goran Dragic and Justise Winslow from the Heat.

It appears that the trade take a lot of assets from the Heat but acquiring two high-caliber players is seems to be all worth it. There is no doubt that having Cousins and Wall in their fold will change everything in the Heat's current campaign. And the Heat will instantly become a contender and could challenge powerhouse teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers in the East.

On the other hand, both the Wizards and Kings got a good return also. Wizards will benefit from Whiteside great inside presence while Richardson will give additional firepower in the SG spot. Meanwhile, the Kings will take advantage of Dragic great playmaking skills which they badly needed and Winslow will be an added depth on SF position.

However, one roadblock is preventing this trade from happening. The Wizards will not be able to absorb Whiteside's big contract as they will be over the salary cap as per checking with ESPN NBA Trade Machine.

The rumored deal between the Miami Heat, Washington Wizards, and Sacramento Kings could give benefits to all team, however, league official will never approve it as it violates NBA trade rules and salary cap restriction. For now, DeMarcus Cousin and John Wall will stick to their current teams but trade rumors will still haunt them in the coming days.
