Samsung Electronics is intended to launch two flagship devices next year. Named as Samsung S8 Plus and Note 8, these two smartphones are speculated to arrive earlier than tech enthusiasts expected.

According to iTech Post, Samsung Galaxy S8 is anticipated to hit the market shelves on February 28, 2017. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is originally set to launch during the Mobile World Congress but then the South Korean tech giant chose to unveil the device on April 2017.

As for the specs, Phone Arena has learned that Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus might sport a 6-inch display with dual curve Quad HD screens. This handset might also have fingerprint scanners embedded in their displays. Nevertheless, there are gossips stating that the fingerprint sensors may actually be located on the rear shell of the smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus is also predicted to be engineered by 835 Qualcomm's Snapdragon chipset. It may be packed with a huge 4 GB RAM and a whopping 30 MP rear-facing snapper and 9 MP front-facing camera.

Under its chassis, one can found a 4,200 mAh capacity. Galaxy S8 Plus will arrive in two variants; the 64 GB and 128 GB internal memory that can be further expanded through dual micro SD cards. Lastly, it is anticipated to run on Android Nougat as it comes out the box.

On the other hand the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is believed to feature the latest and the fastest mobile processor, the Qualcomm's 10nm Snapdragon 835. It was also predicted to be packed with an enormous 6GB RAM and hopefully a non-exploding battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is also reported to run Google's Android 7.0 Nougat software. This handset will also have a USB-C connectivity, support for wireless charging and IP68 certification. Other talks suggest that Samsung's Galaxy Note 8 will arrive with a sizeable 64GB of storage, with a spin-off 128GB.

With speculations about the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and Note 8 already spinning on the rumor mill, it seems that these might be proven true. But then, Samsung Electronics' fans are still advised to wait for the company's further announcements that might be revealed soon.
