Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble may have just taken a big step in their relationship. No, they didn't get married. Instead, the couple reportedly underwent "his and hers" plastic surgery.

According to a new report, the 61-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently went in for her bi-annual face tune-up and during her visit, Gamble allegedly followed in her footsteps and treated himself to some cosmetic surgery.

“Corey is now 20lbs lighter,” an insider told OK! Magazine on Tuesday. “Kris has got him in with her surgeon and he’s had a nip and tuck here and there, including some fat freezing... She also hired him a trainer – they were both getting pretty portly over the summer, but not any more."

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble began dating one another about 2 years ago following her split from Bruce Jenner, who ultimately went public as a woman named Caitlyn Jenner after they announced their plans for divorce.

In the years since Jenner and Gamble stuck up a romance, Gamble has appeared on numerous episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and was often seen spending time with Kourtney Kardashian, Jenner's oldest daughter, and her three kids, Mason, 7, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 2.

"Corey’s certainly become a permanent member of the family and if he keeps on behaving himself and obeying her orders, even the surgical ones, he’ll be around for a long time to come,” the source added.
