While many people have been commenting on Kim Kardashian's very tight pregnancy clothes, there's another aspect of herself that she wants people to take notice of.

The mommy-to-be, posted a very up-close picture of herself on Instagram on Tuesday to let people see her enlarged and swollen lips.

"My pregnancy lips are outta control," she wrote in the caption. "#IGuessNotABadProblemToHave."

Her lips aren't the only thing that has swelled during her pregnancy. In early May, the 32-year-old also uploaded a photo of her feet on Instagram. The photo showed what her right foot looked like after removing her strapped heel.

"Swollen feet or new Givenchy tattoo?" she wrote as the caption. 

Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West this summer, admitted that her pregnancy has been difficult and causing her pain. In an E! special, she told Ryan Seacrest that the past few months have not been so easy. She admitted she also finds herself constantly looking up things on Google regarding pregnancy and being frightened with the results.  

"It's just really painful everywhere," she told Seacrest. "I'm in pain physically."

Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, even said that her older sister has been crying a whole lot throughout the pregnancy.

Kim has only two months of pregnancy left until her due date in July. The reality star is having her baby shower one month prior, on June 2.
