Apple has been working hard with providing security to its patrons; as a matter of fact, it is slated to release the beta version of iOS 10.3 on January 10. The said firmware upgrade is reported to bring enhancement and new features like 'Theatre Mode' to eligible iOS devices.

Apple Inc. has been anticipated to start working on iOS 10.3. This will be a new firmware upgrade which is expected to deliver more bugs and fixes that iOS 10.2 was unable to cover. That is comprised of the celebrated 30-percent battery bug which has not yet been resolved.

Aside from that, there are other problems to be solved and all that should be addressed once the beta phase becomes available. The Cupertino-based company has yet to announce it officially but a tipster claimed thru social media that the iOS 10.3 Beta will roll out on Jan. 10, 2017.

Sonny Dickson posted on his Twitter that the first creator of iOS 10.3 Beta would be released next week with one key feature called "Theater Mode". With that, it doesn't really require much discussion that Apple could be enhancing the TV app that came on iOS 10.2 with some home theater kind of a compliment.

In contrary, Mobile & Apps reported that some speculations suggest that the new "Theatre Mode" might be basically an enhanced "Do Not Disturb" feature that is made to be used when the smartphone is brought into a movie house. The iOS device could basically turn on silent mode and let specific alerts to send notifications.

Another rumor says that the new "Theatre Mode" could be the much demanded "Dark Mode" This mode will just reverse the color on the phone's screen, thus eradicating glare for those behind or beside the user in dark environments such as the theaters, conferences, or concerts.

The iOS 3 might also bring a unique "popcorn" icon that can be seen in the operating system's Control Center. Dickson doesn't provide ample details about the "Theatre Mode" thus making tech enthusiasts create theories on what the new Theatre mode might be.

Nonetheless, it is still advised to wait for Apple Inc.'s announcement about the upcoming iOS 10.3.
