Drake, the former Degrassi: The Next Generation actor turned rapper, is apparently moving forward with his life and leaving all his "old vibes" in 2016. At least that how he put it when the rapper publicly dissed his relationship with Rihanna during a New Year's Eve event in Las Vegas Nevada.

According to a report from The Daily Beast, the rapper was spotted partying inside the Las Vegas nightclub Hakkasan during New Year's Eve. The rapper was reportedly also spotted with his rumored new flame, Jennifer Lopez, who apparently partied hard by dancing on top of tables with Drake. Lopez reportedly even cancelled her own $1 million Miami event just so she could be with Drake during the event.

During the party, the club's DJ reportedly started playing the Rihanna and Drake collaboration song, "Work," to which Drake immediately reacted and mentioned that it "was an old vibe." Drake then ordered the DJ to change the track immediately. A local report for Fox5 Vegas named Chernéy Amhara was able to witness the entire thing and posted an update on his Twitter account.

Drake had been pursuing Rihanna for the past few years, with his persistence even resulting in him engaging in a bottle-throwing match with Rihanna's ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. When Rihanna finally dated Drake, their relationship only lasted for a few months.

The couple allegedly breaking up back in October last year. Shortly after their alleged breakup, Drake was then spotted hanging out with reality TV star, Indie Love.

A few weeks back, fans were driven to a frenzy when Drake posted several photos of him and Lopez on Instagram. This happened shortly after both of them were working on a new collaboration project.

The two have since been spotted in different occasions, including both of the grinding on each other in the Winter Wonderland Prom even in Las Vegas, as per TMZ. Rihanna has since expressed her dislike of the couple and even unfollowed both Drake and Lopez on social media.
