Samsung Electronics is destined to release its flagship handset Samsung Galaxy S8 in March. The said smartphone's photos have leaked online indicating that it might boast a bezel-less display and the South Korean tech company might also ditch the home button.

According to Forbes, Samsung might skip its regular presentation spot at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February. Instead, the South Korean tech giant is supposed to be considering a separate event to be held in New York in March with the Samsung Galaxy S8 consequently not going on sale until April 18th.

Additionally, the April 18th date links in with recent speculations that Samsung Electronics will start mass production of the Samsung Galaxy S8 in early March. This would be a noteworthy delay compared to the Samsung Galaxy S7 which was released on March 11th 2016. But then it would really be more matched with Galaxy S releases historically.

When it comes with the design and features, Indian Express noted that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will have a bezel-less display and there would be no home button. The bottom bezel is also anticipated to be thinner now and Samsung's logo will be positioned here. The top bezel will have same set-up housing the light sensors, earpiece and front camera.

The image also indicated a dual-edge curved display, which might mean that the Samsung Galaxy S8 might also have S8 'edge' variant. The Galaxy S8 is also speculated to be engineered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 processor and it will be the first handset to exhibit the chipset.

It is expected to pack a 6-inch display, and come with 8GB of RAM. The South Korean tech company is rumored to bring USB Type-C to the device, while taking away the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Just like other leak photos and imaged it isn't a 100 per cent sure if this will be the actual Samsung Galaxy S8 so it needs to be considered with some caution. As for the release, it is just months away meaning the company's patrons won't have to wait that long until Galaxy S8 will be unveiled.
