Justin Theroux Reveals Why He’s Dateless At 73rd Golden Globe Awards; Jennifer Aniston In Her Pajamas [VIDEO]
Justin Theroux graced the recent 73rd Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday and it looked like the 45-year-old star was alone. The Leftovers actor was a presenter at the prestigious ceremony and he came without his wife, Jennifer Aniston.
A lot wonders why the famous Friends actress was not with her husband. Of course, some question why he was alone and not accompanied by his wife. He said that he was dateless and craving to head home.
Aniston stayed in their abode along with some friends and waiting for her partner to come. Theroux, on the other hand, revealed that his 47-year-old wife was in her pajamas and waiting for him to watch a show.
"I got my girl and some friends in their pajamas who have delayed the show an hour so I can get back and watch the end of it with them," the director-screenwriter told Entertainment Tonight. In fact, as soon as his stint at the Golden Globes finished, he wanted to skip his interviews and do nothing but to go home.
Theroux even revealed that it was the first time that he came to an award's night and skipped walking on the red carpet. "I just came to present, so I kind of did the dumb thing where I just showed up to present, and you kind of get rushed into the back door," he said.
He further explained that he was not even ready for the moment and surprised with the event's size and energy. Being a host has a big difference for just being an audience, sitting down, enjoying their food and just watching.
Meanwhile, Theroux and Aniston got married in 2015 and, evidently, the two are still into each other, Refinery29 noted. A lot fell in love with the Zoolander star as he was choosing to go home early than enjoy an after-party of Golden Globes to be with his loving spouse. In spite of the swirling divorce assumptions, this just proves that they are still very much together.
