‘Vikings’ Season 4 Episode 17 ‘Great Army’ Recap: Ivar Wants Revenge On Lagertha, Confronts Sigurd [VIDEO]

"Vikings" Season 4 Episode 17 which is titled, "Great Army" has been packed and loaded with great events and scenes and that fans simply did not want to miss any of them.

The episode which was aired January 11, 2017 started with Lagertha played by Katherine Winnick as she continues to watch over every person as they build the wall with a purpose to protect their village. Then Sigurd and Ivar had a slight confrontation regarding a knife as discussed on Celeb Dirty Laundry.

Ivan told Sigurd that he wanted the knife so he could use it to avenge the death of their father, Ragnar. The two brothers were in a heated argument when Ubbe came in and told them to stop and that they have to make an important decision

Ubbe came to Lagertha but on his way, he was stopped by shield maidens until they let him pass. Upon meeting Lagertha, they discussed some things and he informed her that they wanted to avenge the death of Ragnar and because of this they are now forming an army for this plan.

Then as the "Vikings" Season 4, Episode 17 progressed, she asked him if they wanted her to come with them and he replied that they wanted all the help they need. Lagertha told him that she has a reason to stay there since she really knows what Ragnar would like her to do.

Ivar, on one hand is working with sharpening his weapons until he confronted Sigurd about not doing anything to avenge the death of their father. Sigurd shared to him the reason why this did not bother him and it is because their mother doesn't have eyes on him as she only had eyes for Harbard and Ivar. The two brothers had a fight because of that argument until a blacksmith stopped them as per MobileNApps.

Meanwhile, as also shown in "Vikings" Season 4, Episode 17, Helga bade goodbye to Rollo then he left a promise that he would not forget anything. He then left the boat together with his son. Floki then told Bjorn that he would have killed Rollo when he had the chance because he has the feeling that Rollo will be more famous than the sons of Ragnar.

Well, as the "Vikings" Season 4, Episode 17 progresses it looks like the plot gets more thrilling as it will still focus on Ivar's plan to avenge his father's death on Lagertha.
